Appointments & Fees

One of the most important things is to feel comfortable with the person you are working with so we normally suggest arranging an initial appointment to help figure out if we're right for you, to answer any questions you may have and for you to be able to talk about what brings you to seek help at this time.

We can normally offer you an initial appointment within a week or so.

Our counselling fees, including the initial appointment, are normally:

Individuals

Weekdays - £45 per session
Weekends - £50 per session

Couples

Weekdays - £55 per session
Weekends - £60 per session
